[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Yoon-jung] On the 20th, Gyeongnam Nonghyup and the Nonghyup Foundation held a learning kit delivery ceremony for "elementary and middle school students from vulnerable groups in rural areas" at the office of the Superintendent of Gyeongnam Office of Education.
The delivery ceremony was held with the attendance of Kim Ju-yang, Head of Gyeongnam Nonghyup Headquarters, Park Jong-hoon, Superintendent of Gyeongnam Office of Education, and Kang Shin-young, Director of the Future Education Bureau.
The "Learning Kit for Elementary and Middle School Students from Vulnerable Groups in Rural Areas" was prepared to reduce the economic burden on low-income farming households and to improve educational conditions in rural areas.

The support condition prioritizes 2,600 elementary school students from vulnerable groups in county-level areas within the province, and the kits are scheduled to be delivered in time for the new school term in March.
Including middle school students, goods worth approximately 390 million KRW will be sequentially delivered to the Regional Office School Integrated Support Centers throughout Gyeongnam.
Head Kim said, "Amid difficult economic conditions, we are relieved to be able to ease the educational expenses burden of rural families starting the new school term through this learning kit delivery," adding, "Gyeongnam Nonghyup will continue to strive to provide various welfare services to vulnerable groups in welfare blind spots."
