"Ant-Man 3" only gathered about 860,000 viewers in its first week. Typically, new Marvel releases attract over one million viewers in their opening week and receive significant attention, but this film started with a low score amid mixed audience reactions.

Recently, Marvel movies have struggled. "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever," released last November, attracted about 790,000 viewers during its opening weekend and 1,086,881 viewers in its first week. Its final cumulative audience remained around 2.1 million.

According to Box Office Mojo, "Ant-Man 3" earned an opening weekend revenue of $104 million (135.2 billion KRW) in North America. This surpasses the previous films "Ant-Man" ($57 million) and "Ant-Man and the Wasp" ($75 million). The worldwide revenue exceeded $350 million (455 billion KRW).

The Japanese animated film "The First Slam Dunk" (directed by Inoue Takehiko) attracted 269,998 viewers, ranking second. Since its release on the 4th of last month, a total of 3,282,276 people have watched the film.

In third place was the re-release of "Titanic" (directed by James Cameron), which drew 98,955 viewers. Its cumulative audience reached 839,243. The animation "Dudadakung: Secret of Hoohu Island" attracted 36,765 viewers, ranking fourth.

Fifth place went to the animation "Amazing Morris," sixth to "Avatar: The Way of Water" (directed by James Cameron), seventh to "Next Sohee" (directed by Jung Juri), and eighth to "Hero" (directed by Yoon Je-kyun).

The total number of moviegoers who visited theaters over the weekend was 1,168,386.
