Gwangju Bank Launches Stock Trading Service with Hanwha Investment & Securities

Through the stock trading service, users can open a Hanwha Investment & Securities account, check index and individual stock prices, confirm stock valuation amounts, and conduct stock trading all at once within the Gwangju Bank personal banking app.

The stock trading service, which can be used with just the Gwangju Bank personal banking app without visiting branches or installing additional apps, enables real-time stock trading using the balance of the Gwangju Bank account linked to the securities account, so there is no need to transfer stock trading amounts to the securities account each time.

Additionally, users can check stock-related topics and real-time investment information provided by Hanwha Investment & Securities, and accessibility has been enhanced so that anyone can easily and conveniently use the stock trading service through a simple and intuitive screen layout and UI (User Interface).

Gwangju Bank will hold a ‘Coupon Giveaway Event’ until April 30th in conjunction with the launch of the stock trading service.

The first 2,500 customers who sign up for the stock trading service will receive a coupon of their choice among ▲Starbucks coupon ▲fuel/convenience store coupon ▲Yogiyo discount coupon, and detailed information about the event can be found on the event board within the Gwangju Bank personal banking app.

Park Dae-ha, Head of Digital Planning Department, said, “We prepared this stock trading service so that customers can easily and conveniently trade stocks with just the Gwangju Bank personal banking app,” and added, “We will focus on developing digital financial services that prioritize customer needs and convenience to strengthen our digital competitiveness.”
