[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 20th that it plans to launch the private participation public sale apartment 'Godeok Xi Centro' in Godeok New Town, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do next month.
This complex will supply a total of 569 households in 7 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, located at 1860-2 Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do. All units are composed of a single exclusive area of 84㎡. It is a private participation public sale apartment implemented by Pyeongtaek Urban Corporation and constructed by a GS Construction consortium, with the sale price ceiling system applied.
GS Construction applied a 4-BAY design for all units to maximize sunlight exposure, lighting, and ventilation. Additionally, the floor plan features were specialized to reflect the latest residential trends, including large dressing rooms, 'ㄷ'-shaped kitchens, and wide dining areas.
The complex is accessible by car for commuting to the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, a semiconductor production base. It is also conveniently located for commuting to the Pyeongtaek Brain City general industrial complex, which is being developed as an advanced complex industrial park.
Residents can use Seojeong-ri Station on Line 1 nearby, and travel throughout the metropolitan area and nationwide via SRT Pyeongtaek Jije Station. Pyeongtaek Godeok IC and Songtan IC are also accessible.
In Godeok Xi Centro, 85% of the total units will be supplied through special supply. According to the land development district regulations, 30% of the general sale units will be preferentially supplied to residents of Pyeongtaek-si, 20% to other Gyeonggi-do residents, and 50% will be allocated to residents nationwide.
