LG Display Proposes Reappointment of President Jeong Ho-young as Inside Director

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] LG Display announced on the 17th that it will propose the reappointment of President and CEO Jeong Ho-young as an inside director at the regular shareholders' meeting.

On the same day, LG Display held a board meeting and decided to submit not only the reappointment of President Jeong but also the new appointments of Professor Oh Jeong-seok from Seoul National University Business School and Professor Park Sang-hee from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) as outside directors to the shareholders' meeting scheduled for the 21st of next month.
