KSBPN is a network formed in 2022 by more than 40 Korean employees working in pharmaceutical and bio companies, universities, and life science research institutes in Switzerland. It operates in Basel, Zurich, Geneva, and other locations in Switzerland.

This webinar will provide overall strategies for entering the European market and trends in new drug development in Switzerland. Dr. Juha Kim, director at Lonza and president of KSBPN, will present on topics including ▲Introduction to KSBPN ▲Understanding the Swiss pharmaceutical and bio business ecosystem ▲Step-by-step entry strategies and considerations for selecting locations and bases.

Following this, Team Leader Guyoung Jung and Dr. Donghoon Kim from Swiss pharmaceutical company Ipsomed, which provides digital solutions, will discuss trends in developing digital solutions for effective drug delivery in Switzerland (such as diabetes management and smart drug delivery systems).

A representative from the Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association said, “This will be an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the European pharmaceutical and bio market and to address questions about Switzerland, which has an innovative ecosystem equipped with large-scale cutting-edge research facilities. We will continue to support networking with the pharmaceutical and bio industry and experts within Europe.”

The association plans to hold follow-up seminars within the first half of the year to assist domestic pharmaceutical and bio companies in entering the European market.

This webinar is free to attend through prior registration not only for pharmaceutical and bio professionals but also for anyone interested in the European pharmaceutical and bio market. Detailed information can be found on the association’s official website.
