Dong-A Membership Trading Center stated, "Due to a shortage of listings, even if buyers raise their offers, transactions are not easy," and added, "Despite issues such as interest rate hikes and economic downturns, the impact on the membership buyer segment seems minimal, so the strong market is expected to continue for the time being."

By region, the average price in the central region rose 1.03% from the previous week to 257.31 million KRW. The '8 School District Membership' 88 is traded at 255 million KRW, up 13.4 million KRW from the previous week. Jisan also saw buying demand surge, rising 30 million KRW in one week to reach 360 million KRW. Jayu has seen its price rise weekly since the announcement of hole expansion plans at the end of last year. This week, it recorded 280 million KRW, up 65 million KRW due to incoming buying demand.

Kim Nam-jung, team leader at Dong-A Membership, said, "The central region membership market is overall experiencing a shortage of listings and an influx of buying demand," and forecasted, "The market will continue to favor sellers for the time being."

The weekly average price in the southern region rose 1.38% from the previous week to 148.79 million KRW. Opel formed a price of 340 million KRW, up 30 million KRW from the previous week, as buying orders accumulated amid the disappearance of listings. Gyeongju Shinra also rose 18 million KRW from the previous week to 150 million KRW due to active buying orders. Additionally, Bora and Changwon rose by 10 million KRW each, with current prices at 560 million KRW and 140 million KRW, respectively. Lee Yoon-hee, team leader at Dong-A Membership, said, "The southern region membership market is also expected to continue a strong and stable market due to active buying demand."
