The Sound of Light Sharing Concert is a charity music event held to raise funds for art education for children and adolescents with disabilities. This performance will be free of charge for all seats. Hanmi Pharmaceutical and MPO create funds through matching donations and continuously support two organizations, Seongdong Disabled Comprehensive Welfare Center and The Sarang Welfare Center.

MPO is an orchestra founded in 1989 by doctors who graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine. It has held various charity performances such as the "Concert of Hope" at Seoul National University Hospital and the "Concert of Hope for Children" with conductor Myung-Whun Chung. This year's concert will feature various classical music pieces including Mozart's "Clarinet Quintet," Beethoven's "Septet," and Grieg's "Holberg Suite."

Park Minjong, MPO director and professor of orthopedic surgery at Samsung Seoul Hospital, said, "I am deeply moved to see children and adolescents with disabilities grow through the fundraising efforts that did not stop even during COVID-19," adding, "We will continue to strive so that children and adolescents with disabilities, who need social attention and support, can gain emotional stability through continuous music education and grow into healthy members of society."

A representative from Hanmi Pharmaceutical emphasized, "This is not a one-time sponsorship but a sustainable fundraising concert that helps children and adolescents with disabilities heal, grow, and become independent through music," and added, "Above all, since the performance is filled with the hearts of medical professionals, it is a meaningful concert that resonates with our society."
