As spring approaches, springcation (spring + hotel vacation) packages featuring gourmet food, fashion accessories, and beauty products that match the season are being released one after another. Products targeting family hotel vacationers before the new semester have also appeared.
According to the hotel industry on the 18th, The Westin Josun Seoul is offering the 'Jumping Like a Spring' package until May 31 to welcome the upcoming spring. All customers who book the spring package will receive the 'Spring Edition Gift Set' from I Hate Monday. I Hate Monday is a sock brand that releases various socks every season with the motto of making Mondays, which everyone dislikes, enjoyable. The Spring Edition Gift Set is made by placing two signature socks in spring colors inside a daily pocket bag that can be carried lightly on spring outings while practicing zero waste.
Additional benefits are prepared for customers who book executive or higher rooms. Executive room customers receive 'Gold Lust Shampoo,' a luxury line from the hair care brand Oribe, while junior suite and executive suite customers receive Oribe's signature 'Essential Travel Set.' Executive suite guests also get an afternoon tea set (for two) to enjoy at The Westin Josun Seoul Lounge & Bar. When booking a suite room of this package via phone, two master tickets to view the exhibition at Ground Siso (Seochon, Seongsu, Myeongdong) are additionally provided. Glad Hotel is presenting the 'All That Beauty' package for beauty hotel vacations this spring in collaboration with the beauty brand Pobam until April 30. Pobam creates products that help restore the skin's natural resilience through deep ocean water and other ingredients. The All That Beauty package includes one night’s stay and one 'Pobam Cleansing Set.' The Pobam Cleansing Set consists of one 'Pore Cleansing Oil' and one 'Moonlight Toner Pad.' It is designed to enable effective home care amid busy daily life. It is available at three Glad Hotels in Seoul (Glad Yeouido, Glad Mapo, Glad Gangnam COEX Center) and Maison Glad Jeju.
In Jeju, a tastecation (gourmet + hotel vacation) featuring seasonal foods is prepared. Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju is offering the 'Taste of Spring' package from next month 1st to May 31. The package is based on two people and includes benefits to enjoy seasonal spring delicacies. Guests can choose one restaurant from Hanoru on the resort’s first floor or Gaonnuri at Haevichi Country Club Jeju to enjoy the spring special menu. Hanoru offers spring vegetable bibimbap filled with various fragrant spring greens. Gaonnuri at Haevichi Country Club Jeju serves jjugaepsae hot pot, richly filled with seasonal webfoot octopus, Jeju pork belly, and shrimp.
Additionally, a Haevichi picnic mat, convenient for spring outings, is given as a gift, along with the rental of one retro-style Polaroid camera and 20 films to capture nostalgic memories. Bang & Olufsen wireless speakers are also lent on a first-come, first-served basis. The package includes one night’s stay in a hotel or resort room with Jeju views, breakfast buffet or brunch buffet for two, and access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools where guests can enjoy water activities with ocean views.
