[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Dong-A University Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Leading University (LINC 3.0) Development Project Group conducted a sharing and collaboration program in the specialized field of Biohealth Regulatory Science with Jeju National University.
The program involved majors related to 'Biohealth,' one of Dong-A University's specialized fields, and researchers from Jeju National University's Fisheries Life Research Group. It was held in Jeju for three days starting from the 9th under the theme of 'Utilization Methods of Local Intellectual Property.'
The two universities previously conducted online education on research fields, and through this on-site program in Jeju, they visited companies utilizing local intellectual property and engaged in educational seminars and related experiential activities.

Professor Kim Eun-kyung, who led this program, said, "We will continuously explore connecting links that can find the intersection between the university and the region through industrial application cases of Jeju National University's research and development technologies, which are the driving force behind the growth of Jeju's seafood processed food industry."
The Dong-A University LINC 3.0 Project Group operates various extracurricular programs for students majoring in specialized interdisciplinary fields and plans to run specialized field-related programs linked to the curriculum in the 2023 academic year.
