"Irrational Regulations, Please Uncover Them Yourselves"
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] Namhae-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is conducting a "Corporate (Livelihood) Business Environment Regulation Innovation Contest" to identify and improve inconvenient regulations in daily life.
The contest, held for 45 days from the 15th to March 31, aims to promote innovation in regulations related to ▲eliminating restrictions on corporate business activities ▲improving livelihood conditions for small business owners ▲rationalizing regulations in new industry sectors ▲job creation, and other regulations affecting citizens' daily lives.
Any Namhae-gun resident interested in regulatory improvement or experiencing inconvenience due to daily life regulations can participate. In addition to regulatory improvement proposals, suggestions for activating public participation in the regulatory innovation process are also welcome.
Submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety based on creativity, feasibility, and effectiveness, and award winners will be selected in July. One grand prize winner will receive the Minister of the Interior and Safety Award and a prize worth 1,000,000 KRW, while two excellence awardees and seventeen encouragement awardees will receive the Minister's Award and prizes worth 500,000 KRW and 100,000 KRW respectively.
Proposals can be submitted by directly posting on the Ministry of the Interior and Safety website according to the submission form, or by downloading the form from the Namhae-gun website, completing it, and submitting it via visit, mail, or email.
