2 Consecutive Years of Outstanding Comprehensive Civil Service Evaluation

[Gokseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Cha Jong-sun] Jeollanam-do Gokseong-gun (Governor Lee Sang-cheol) achieved excellent results in various evaluations by providing proactive civil complaint services.

Gokseong-gun achieved the remarkable feat of being selected as the best institution for four consecutive years in the 2022 Information Disclosure Comprehensive Evaluation hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

It was also announced that Gokseong-gun was selected as an excellent institution with a 'Na' grade for two consecutive years in the Civil Complaint Service Comprehensive Evaluation jointly hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.

The Information Disclosure Comprehensive Evaluation was conducted targeting 591 major institutions including administrative agencies and public institutions.

The overall level of information disclosure by public institutions is evaluated across the entire operation of information disclosure, including prior information, original document disclosure, information disclosure request processing, and customer management.

Gokseong-gun received excellent evaluations in areas such as the completeness of prior information, original document disclosure rate, and management of delays in request processing.

It was selected as the 'Best Institution' by receiving a score of 92.5, which is higher than the average evaluation agency score of 82.69.

The Civil Complaint Service Comprehensive Evaluation was conducted targeting 306 institutions nationwide.

Over the past year, it was evaluated in five grades (Ga, Na, Da, Ra, Ma) based on evaluation criteria consisting of 3 fields, 15 items, and 19 indicators related to civil complaint services.

Gokseong-gun received a score of 76.97, higher than the average evaluation agency score of 70.45, and was selected as an excellent institution with a 'Na' grade for two consecutive years.

In particular, in this evaluation, it received excellent scores in the areas of civil complaint system operation improvement, grievance complaint handling, and civil complaint satisfaction.

A county official said, "We will analyze various civil complaint demands and discover policies for socially vulnerable groups to provide more satisfactory civil complaint services."
