GS25 announced on the 14th that it will exclusively launch 'Ddalba Makgeolli' in the industry in collaboration with the domestic leading traditional liquor maker Namhansanseong Soju.


Ddalba Makgeolli is a premium makgeolli product flavored with real fruit without using artificial flavors, artificial colors, or aspartame. It is made by fermenting domestically produced rice well and blending in strawberries and bananas to bring out the natural sweet flavor and smooth texture of the fruit. It is characterized by its pink color, which visually differentiates it from traditional makgeolli. The alcohol content is 6%, and the price is 6,800 KRW for 750ml.


A GS25 representative said, "Following the convenience store liquor formula where the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) is enthusiastic, we have exclusively launched Ddalba Makgeolli, which actively considers the tastes of people in their 20s and 30s." He added, "We will continue to lead the market by introducing differentiated liquor products that can sustain growth in the convenience store liquor market."
