[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Creverse announced on the 10th that it will acquire 5,100 shares of Bodanaeun, a general curriculum academy company, for 2.5 billion KRW.
After acquiring the shares, Creverse's stake in Bodanaeun will be 51%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is the 2nd of next month.
