Youth Activity Promotion Center Project Briefing Session

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] The Gyeongsangnam-do Youth Support Foundation Youth Activity Promotion Center held a business briefing session for youth leaders of youth training facilities and organizations in the province.

At the briefing session, more than 80 youth leaders from 31 institutions in the province participated to share the direction, vision, and support system of youth activities in the province at the turning point of opening the post-COVID-19 era.

A policy special lecture titled "Changes and Challenges of Youth Activities in the Era of Climate Crisis" was also conducted by Kim Inho, Director of the National Environmental Education Center.

On that day, Choi Manrim, Vice Governor and Chairman of the Foundation, said, "I express my gratitude to the leaders who have maintained their positions and dedicated themselves to the youth despite the difficulties of COVID-19 over the past three years."

He added, "To create a Gyeongnam where youth want to stay and a happy Gyeongnam for youth, the province and the foundation will take the lead and work together with the leaders."

Hong Soonkyung, President of the Foundation, said, "For the development and growth of youth activities in Gyeongsangnam-do, above all, the stable status and treatment of youth leaders must be supported," and added, "I hope this business briefing session will be of great help."
