In response, figures aligned with the 'Lee Jun-seok faction' launched a wave of criticism against Ahn Cheol-soo.

Former People Power Party leader Lee Jun-seok pointed out on his social media (SNS) that day, "Park Young-sun's AI osmosis, Lee Jae-myung's Gimpo Airport vertical takeoff and landing, Ahn Cheol-soo's Chat GPT," adding, "I really hope people stop throwing around buzzwords like these carelessly," launching an attack.

Earlier, candidate Ahn stated on his SNS, "I will create a public communication service using Chat GPT technology that the Democratic Party cannot match," and added, "If Chat GPT is used as the party's complaint window, even citizens unfamiliar with politics can receive easy and friendly complaint response services online."

In response, former leader Lee said, "At a time when we should be discussing politics, there are rumors that he is trying to run away by nervously throwing out any technology keywords to avoid the topic," and added, "The labeling of someone as pro-North Korea is a comedy, but Chat GPT is a reincarnation of vertical takeoff and landing."

Candidate Cheon Ha-ram also wrote on SNS, "Stop just watching the situation How about asking AI Chat GPT whether the candidate is pro-Yoon or anti-Yoon?" He pointed out, "While you're at it, it would be good to ask whether the Yoon-Ahn (Yoon Seok-yeol?Ahn Cheol-soo) alliance and 'Yoon core officials (Yoon Seok-yeol’s key associates)' terms are acceptable or not."

He continued, "To speak seriously, this is exactly the kind of approach young people dislike the most," adding, "Grabbing pieces of trends and randomly mixing them into politics does not make one a fresh politician. Where has Ahn Cheol-soo’s new politics gone?"

Shin In-kyu, a lawyer leading 'People Power Party Reform (Gukbasae),' also criticized on SNS, saying, "Candidate Ahn has failed to present the party’s reform direction and path forward, only stumbling over mentions of science and technology," and added, "Ahn Cheol-soo’s new politics is becoming increasingly hollow.
