[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 9th that it will recruit a customer evaluation panel from the 9th to the 17th of this month. By recruiting the evaluation panel, the company aims to actively reflect customers' voices and provide a better service experience.
Eligibility to apply for the evaluation panel includes customers who have purchased a new car through an official Volvo Cars dealer at least six months ago and are still within the warranty period, or customers planning to visit one of the following service centers for regular maintenance between March and May: Bundang Pangyo, Dongdaemun, Mullae, Suwon, Gwangju, Haeundae, or Daegu. Customers participating in the evaluation panel will receive various benefits, including exclusive evaluation panel goods and a small honorarium.

Customers can apply for the evaluation panel through the Volvo Cars Korea 'Hey Volvo' app, and selected candidates will be individually notified in early March. Subsequently, selected candidates will participate in activities in the following order: preliminary training for monitoring evaluation, an online launch ceremony for the evaluation panel (April), visits to service centers and monitoring evaluations (April), a discussion session after monitoring (May), and an online closing ceremony (July).
