Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 9th that it will present a 'Romantic Valentine's Day' promotion for couples in celebration of Valentine's Day. A special 5-course Valentine's Day dinner will be offered to couples at the Jogakbo Meat & Co Steak House restaurant until the 14th.
The 5-course special dinner menu, created by Executive Chef Damien Selme, was developed specifically for Valentine's Day. It begins with a welcome drink of 'Ros? Next is 'Onion Soup' accompanied by cheese garlic bread, then 'Lobster Tail' with potato gnocchi, saut?ed spinach, and lobster bisque. The main course features a 1++ grade Korean beef tenderloin steak grilled over charcoal, served with mashed potatoes infused with truffle mushrooms, roasted asparagus, paprika, and black garlic. The course concludes with the dessert 'Valentine Sweet,' a strawberry champagne mousse and lemon sorbet. Reservations made through the Naver reservation page 'Andaz Jogakbo' are eligible for a 20% discount. Dinner service hours are from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Meanwhile, at the lounge A’+Z on the lobby floor of Andaz Seoul Gangnam, a 'Be My Love Cake' is also being offered for Valentine's Day. This mousse cake features red-colored strawberry cream and confit, almond sponge, and sable, complemented by champagne and lemon juice. Pre-orders are available through the Naver reservation page 'Andaz Seoul Gangnam A’+Z' until the 14th, and on-site purchases will be possible from February 11th to 14th.
