Lotteeria announced on the 7th that it has launched a limited-time menu called the Jeonju Bibim Rice Burger, the second installment of the K-Burger series following the Hanwoo Bulgogi Burger series, made with domestically produced rice.
The Jeonju Bibim Rice Burger features a rice bun weighing approximately 160g, increased compared to previous versions, and is composed of a soft-boiled egg patty and a beef patty, essential ingredients in bibimbap. Additionally, it uses gochujang sauce to replicate the flavor of bibimbap.
Before the new product launch, Lotteeria conducted a test sale for about two weeks in July last year at eight directly managed stores in Seoul and the metropolitan area, reflecting feedback from store employees and ordering customers.
For lunch customers, the burger is added to the ‘Hearty Lunch’ menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., allowing customers to enjoy the set menu at about a 16% discounted price.
