Graduate Student and Professor at Dong-Eui University Awarded Best Paper by the Korean Hotel and Tourism Association

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Graduate students and professors from the Graduate School of Dong-Eui University received the Best Paper Award at the 44th Autumn Regular Academic Conference of the Korea Hotel Tourism Association held on February 1 at the 56th Anniversary Hall of Hannam University in Daejeon.

Kim Min-seok, a doctoral student majoring in Hotel Convention Management, and Professors Yoon Tae-hwan and Wang Saerom from the Department of Hotel Convention Management received the Best Paper Award at the Korea Hotel Tourism Association Autumn Regular Academic Conference for their paper titled "The Impact of Social Capital in the MICE Industry on Supply Chain Integration and Resilience."

The paper empirically examined the impact of the formation of social capital among stakeholders within the industry on supply chain integration and resilience during crises, targeting MICE industry stakeholders in Busan. It was evaluated as a study with high academic value and significant practical implications for the MICE industry.
