Over the weekend following its opening on the 3rd, GS Construction's 'Bokdae Xi The Sky' model house attracted more than 10,000 visitors in three days. This is the first complex to be introduced after the deregulation in Cheongju, and it garnered attention as a Xi brand apartment located in Bokdae-dong, a highly preferred area in Cheongju.
Visitors to the model house especially praised the brand, product, and competitive sale prices, expressing strong intentions to apply for the units. Demand was high for the Xi brand premium, sophisticated interior design befitting the brand, and luxurious finishing materials.
Mr. Lim (39), residing in Yullyang-dong, Cheongwon-gu, Cheongju, said, “I have been interested for some time since the Xi apartments are being built in Bokdae-dong, which is highly preferred for living in Cheongju. Seeing the unit, the interior finishing materials are more luxurious than I expected, and the floor plan is impressively spacious without wasted space.”
Additionally, Mrs. Shin (42), a housewife from Jungri-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, who visited the model house, said, “The kitchen is spacious and seems to have paid a lot of attention to storage space, which I really like. My husband’s workplace is about to move to Cheongju, and I am considering applying because I can also expect the Xi brand premium, but since it is a nationwide application, competition will be fierce, so I’m not sure if I will get the chance.”
The complex features a south-facing layout with excellent natural lighting, and offers abundant storage spaces such as large dressing rooms, pantries, entrance storage, and alpha rooms (in some types). Additionally, spaces like the kitchen and bathroom can be customized according to residents’ preferences through optional selections. Notably, high-end finishing materials such as European porcelain tiles on the exterior windows, living room art walls, and kitchen walls, as well as wide plank hardwood flooring, are applied as standard options to enhance luxury.
Furthermore, the community center within the complex, 'Club Xi-an,' includes facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, GX room, separate male and female shower rooms, a daycare center, multipurpose room, and residents’ meeting room, improving convenience for residents.
The subscription schedule for Bokdae Xi The Sky starts with special supply applications on February 13 (Monday) and 14 (Tuesday), followed by first-priority applications on the 15th (Wednesday), and second-priority applications on the 16th (Thursday). Winners will be announced on the 22nd (Wednesday), and the official contract signing for winners will take place over three days from March 5 (Sunday) to March 7 (Tuesday).
Bokdae Xi The Sky consists of three buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, with a total of 715 households ranging from 84 to 103 square meters in exclusive area. By unit size, there are △141 units of 84㎡A △86 units of 84㎡B △176 units of 84㎡C △88 units of 84㎡D △176 units of 103㎡A △48 units of 103㎡B, composed mainly of mid-to-large sized units preferred by recent buyers.
