Yeongam-gun Holds 'Evaluation Meeting' for Returning Farmers and Rural Settlers Learning Clubs

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Yeongam-gun recently announced on the 3rd that it held the 'Processed Food Technology Study Group Product Evaluation' of the Return-to-Farming and Return-to-Village Study Group at the second-floor meeting room of the Agricultural Counseling Center.


This product evaluation attracted attention by showcasing foods processed in various ways using agricultural products directly cultivated by the study group members.

In particular, processed foods such as ▲dried persimmons ▲dried fruit strips ▲strawberry-filled dried persimmons ▲dried persimmons with Shine Muscat grapes inside ▲dried persimmon Vietnamese spring rolls ▲dried persimmon walnut rolls ▲dried persimmon bread ▲and Daebong persimmon Sikhye received great responses from attendees.


Governor Woo Seung-hee stated, “We will support return-to-farming and return-to-village residents to settle stably and increase added value through diverse agricultural food processing.”


Meanwhile, Yeongam-gun is recruiting candidates for the Return-to-Farming and Return-to-Village Study Group Support Project, which provides 3 million KRW in operating expenses to each agricultural and livestock study group in the area, until the 10th of this month.
