Gmarket announced on the 6th that it will hold a 'Digital Electronics Big Sale' promotion until the 14th, offering popular brand products such as laptops, PCs, refrigerators, and TVs at discounts of up to 60%.
The Digital Electronics Big Sale is a large-scale discount event held annually in February by Gmarket and Auction together. Two types of exclusive 15% discount coupons for the big sale offer discounts of up to 200,000 KRW and up to 30,000 KRW respectively, and are available to all Gmarket and Auction members. Each site provides a total of three coupons during the event period. Integrated membership Smile Club members receive the same coupons one more time under the same conditions.
Overlapping coupons by brand are also offered. Coupons for up to 20% additional discounts are provided for 24 brands including Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Roborock, and Intel. When paying with Samsung, KB Kookmin, Lotte, or Smile Card through Gmarket’s simple payment system Smile Pay, an immediate additional discount of up to 100,000 KRW is also available.
Every night at midnight, carefully selected popular seasonal products are sold at the industry's lowest prices. On the 6th, Gmarket features ▲Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro ▲Roborock Robot Vacuum Cleaner ▲S7 MAXV Ultra ▲LG Gram Laptop, while Auction offers ▲ASUS Vivobook Laptop ▲Samsung Bespoke Jet Vacuum Cleaner ▲Galaxy Tab S7FE Tablet, among others. On the 7th, home appliances and on the 8th, mobile devices will be sold at the lowest price levels.
A Gmarket official said, “February is a period filled with events that increase the demand for digital electronics, such as graduations, new semesters, wedding preparations, and moving.” He added, “Since this event is prepared with carefully selected products and discount benefits that customers can truly feel, it will be a great opportunity to get the desired products at a real bargain.”
