[Asia Economy Reporter Seo So-jeong] LG has created a VIP-exclusive space while carrying out a partial remodeling of the LG Twin Towers in Yeouido, Seoul.
According to the business community on the 5th, LG established a business fine dining space called 'sMILEs' on the 3rd floor of the Twin Towers and began operating it earlier this month.
This space is used for meetings with key business partners and is known to be reservable only by senior executives at the executive director level or higher.
Unlike other groups such as Samsung and SK, LG did not have a separate space for VIP hospitality within its headquarters, but has newly created one this time.
Additionally, LG is conducting the second remodeling of the Twin Towers.
The Twin Towers house major affiliates such as LG Electronics and LG Chem, and LG plans to expand employee rest and welfare spaces mainly around the underground arcade and the low-rise common areas on the 1st and 2nd floors.
