Free Lecture by Master Naerim Somssi
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] The Seoul Agricultural Technology Center announced on the 6th that it will hold a 'Traditional Jang Making Non-face-to-face Free Lecture' twice on the 13th and 15th, coinciding with the lunar calendar's Jeongwol, the best time for jang making. 180 participants will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis (90 people per session) starting at 11 a.m. today through the Seoul Public Service Reservation page.
This lecture will be conducted by masters from the Seoul area who have deep expertise in making doenjang and gochujang.
On the 13th, the session is 'Making Doenjang and Soy Sauce,' and on the 15th, it is 'Making Fermented Barley and Glutinous Rice Gochujang.' All lectures will be held non-face-to-face via the remote education program Zoom, allowing real-time communication.
