Producer Kim (58) and two other production staff members are accused of tying the front legs of a horse with a rope to make it run, causing it to fall to the ground during filming on November 2, 2021, and then neglecting to treat the horse (violation of the Animal Protection Act).
The injured horse died five days after the filming date, on November 7.
The animal protection organization KARA filed a complaint against the drama production staff for violating the Animal Protection Act in January of last year.
