Hatayeon Ha, Changnyeong Yeonmugwan Director, Appointed as Chairman of Gyeongnam Taekwondo Referee Committee

"Ensuring Everyone Has No Complaints with a Fair and Impartial Judgment"

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Wook] Ha Tae-hyun, head of Changnyeong Yeonmugwan, has been appointed as the chairman of the Gyeongnam Taekwondo Referee Committee.

The chairman of the referee committee is the head who oversees all operations related to referees at various Taekwondo competitions and is regarded as a symbol of authority and honor among Taekwondo practitioners.

An official from the Gyeongnam Taekwondo Association explained, “In accordance with Article 5 of the Technical Committee Regulations of the Gyeongnam Taekwondo Association, we have appointed Director Ha Tae-hyun as the chairman of the referee committee.”

Director Ha stated, “I will do my best to manage and supervise so that there are no complaints from coaches and athletes by ensuring fair and impartial judgments by referees at various competitions.”

Chairman Ha holds a 6th Dan Taekwondo certification and has contributed to the development of Gyeongnam Taekwondo by serving as a referee for the Gyeongnam Taekwondo Association, a referee for the Korea Taekwondo Middle and High School Federation, and as chairman of the Gyeongnam Taekwondo Association Referee Committee in 2022.
