According to this measure, Woori Bank's individual and sole proprietor customers will be exempt from all transfer fees to other banks and automatic transfer fees to other banks when transferring funds through Woori WON Banking and other Woori Bank mobile and internet banking services.

A Woori Bank official stated, "We have prepared a fee waiver plan to share the burden of financially vulnerable groups during the COVID-19 recovery phase," adding, "Woori Bank will continue to develop various measures to support customers."
