Applications for the 'Jeonnam Youth Cultural Welfare Card' can be made through Gwangju Bank's Smart Banking and mobile web, and if the eligibility criteria are met, the support funds can be used starting from April.
This project provides up to 200,000 KRW per year in cultural welfare expenses to local youth, which can be used at designated affiliated stores for performance viewing, academy courses, travel, and use of sports facilities, etc.
The target group is youth aged 19 to 28 who have had an address in Jeonnam Province for more than two years as of February 1, 2021.
Public institution employees receiving welfare points (cards), out-of-school youth education allowance recipients, and Jeollanam-do female farmers voucher recipients are excluded.
However, Cultural Nuri Card support recipients will receive only the difference of 90,000 KRW, excluding the 110,000 KRW Cultural Nuri support fund.
