Yeongyang-gun, Realizing an Era of Happiness ... Time for Communication with Residents

This visit was to explain the county administration plan to the heads of villages and heads of organizations in each eup and myeon, representatives of the residents, in order to realize Yeongyang-gun’s administrative policy of ‘Dongsimmanri (同心萬里)’.

The explanation of the county administration through visits to eup and myeon was an opportunity for County Governor Oh Do-chang to directly explain to the residents the major achievements of the previous 7th term and the key policies of the 8th term aimed at sustainable development and securing future competitiveness of Yeongyang-gun.

The key promotion areas for the 8th term include expanding road networks accessible easily from anywhere in all directions, establishing a prosperous agricultural administration base where administration takes responsibility from production to sales, and focusing on building tourism infrastructure to become an ecological tourism hub based on the nation’s best ‘ecological brand’.

The county plans to promptly resolve the inconveniences heard during this visit and actively reflect the suggestions in the county administration.
