Advisor Yoon is regarded as a legend among local residents and juniors in his hometown Ulleungdo, and within Samsung Group, he is known for his work style of making the fields he is in charge of the best. He served as Vice Chairman in charge of Corporate Relations (CR) at Samsung Electronics and currently serves as an advisor at Samsung Electronics.
Advisor Yoon, who continuously practices hometown love, said, "I am very pleased to participate in the hometown love donation for the development of my hometown Ulleung, and I will continue to make greater efforts for the development of Ulleung." He added, "I hope many people express their love for Ulleung and Dokdo through the hometown love donation system."
In response, Nam Han-kwon, the county governor, said, "In these times of economic recession, it is not easy to readily donate a large amount of money, so I am grateful for your participation in Ulleung love through the hometown love donation system." He expressed his gratitude, saying, "We will actively work to foster a healthy donation culture and revitalize the local economy of our county through the hometown love donation fund."
The donations collected through the hometown love donation system will be used for welfare enhancement projects such as support for vulnerable groups, youth development and protection, cultural arts for local residents, health promotion, and revitalization of the local community.
