Shinseong CS Signs Digital Transformation Business Agreement with PlineSoft and Manufacturing Companies

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Shinsung CS, an affiliate of Shinsung ENG, is embarking on the development of IT solutions for smart factories targeting small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

On the 1st, Shinsung CS announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for digital transformation (DX) technology exchange with the software company 'PlineSoft.'

The signing ceremony held at Shinsung ENG’s Bundang headquarters was attended by Shinsung CS CEO Jeongseon Lee, Executive Director Yeonjeong Kim, Managing Director Seungwan Kang, PlineSoft CEO Byunghee Yoon, and Director Seungho Moon.

According to the agreement, both companies will establish an 'integrated IT solution service' capable of building smart factories, design management, enterprise resource planning, partner collaboration management, and maintenance for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

Shinsung CS, an IT specialist company, has proven its competitiveness by taking charge of the solution construction and operation at Shinsung ENG’s Yongin plant, which is gaining attention as a renewable energy-based smart factory. The Yongin plant operates in a structure collaborating with machines such as collaborative robots and unmanned transport vehicles, realizing digital transformation through real-time data collection and analysis, productivity forecasting, and a 3D equipment design system.

Seungwan Kang, Managing Director overseeing Shinsung CS’s IT business, said, "Recently, we have strengthened our capabilities by developing next-generation integrated systems iERP and iSRM, which are proprietary solutions linked to smart factory solutions." He added, "Through this business agreement, we will become the optimal partner for digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises through IT solutions."

He continued, "We will collaborate with leading domestic and international IT companies for digital transformation involving artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, unmanned systems, and intelligent automation."
