HDC I'Park Mall announced on the 1st that the January sales of 10 surrounding fashion brands increased by an average of 35% compared to the same period last year, thanks to the opening of the popular espresso specialty cafe 'Mulino Espresso Bar' in Hannam-dong, Seoul, on the 5th floor of the Yongsan branch last December, and the unique Jeju-themed cafe 'Rendezvous.' The number of customers visiting the 5th floor of I'Park Mall Yongsan also increased by about 47% compared to the previous year.

HDC I'Park Mall explained, "While considering ways to continuously attract customers, we noticed that 'unique cafes worth visiting' are gaining popularity among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), and the idea was proposed by MZ generation employees. The MZ generation employees took the lead in the MD reorganization, including space planning, brand selection, operation plans, and opening promotions."

Mulino Espresso Bar is a hot place cafe that first opened in Hannam-dong and gained popularity through word of mouth among visitors. Last December, it opened its first distribution store in the form combined with the Italian boutique multi-shop 'Mulino Multi Shop.' The Jeju cave-inspired cafe 'Rendezvous' uses basalt and palm trees in its interior design to provide visitors with a unique experience.

An HDC I'Park Mall official said, "To respond to the rapidly changing consumer market, we hold regular communication sessions between management and MZ generation employees and operate an internal idea board to help various ideas materialize.
