This education, conducted to provide rural life and agricultural information to returnees to farming and rural areas for stable agricultural settlement, will be held a total of 15 times from the 22nd to April 17th at the Imsil-gun Office Farmers' Education Center and farming sites.
The education content is organized into agricultural legal knowledge, safe use of agricultural machinery, basic cultivation techniques by crop, and visits to leading farms in the area, and plans to invite experts by topic to promote practical education.

Meanwhile, the county is also recruiting residents for the residential family practice farm where returnees to farming and rural areas can stay with their families.
Applicants who will reside in the residential family practice farm for 10 months from next month until December to directly experience rural life and farming experience at the practice farm, and enjoy various return-to-farming and rural experiences are being recruited until the 3rd.
The residential family practice farm is a facility designed to accommodate a total of 22 households: 12 households in Jeongwol-ri, Imsil-eup, and 10 households in Gugori, Cheongung-myeon.
This recruitment is for the residential family practice farm in Imsil-eup, consisting of 6 households with 16-pyeong (55㎡) units.
Eligibility to apply is for those who have moved to Imsil-gun and wish to return to farming or rural living, and as of the recruitment announcement date, must be a household that has lived in an urban area outside rural areas (eup/myeon) for more than one year or has moved into the county within one year.
Shim Min-gun, the county governor, said, “Through various education programs, we will help new farmers who do not know what or how to start to understand agriculture and increase their farming motivation to support successful rural settlement.”
He added, “We will do our best to provide residential conditions and rural experience opportunities for urban residents considering returning to farming and rural areas so that they can settle stably in rural areas.”
