Yuhan Corporation Launches Allergy Treatment 'Yuhan Cetirizine'

[Asia Economy Reporter Myung-hwan Lee] Yuhan Corporation announced on the 1st that it will launch 'Yuhan Cetirizine,' an allergy treatment.

Yuhan Cetirizine is an allergy treatment directly manufactured and sold by Yuhan Corporation, using cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg as the main ingredient. It is taken once daily when allergy symptoms such as rhinitis, urticaria, and conjunctivitis occur. 'Cetirizine hydrochloride' is a second-generation antihistamine that effectively responds to rhinitis and urticaria within one hour and lasts for 24 hours.

The product is available in two packaging units: 10 tablets and 30 tablets, featuring character designs that clearly express allergy characteristics to help consumers easily find the product at pharmacies.

In particular, it is the first time a 30-tablet large-capacity product has been released as an over-the-counter allergy treatment. The 30-tablet product reflects the demand of patients suffering from persistent rhinitis during seasonal changes. This product uses large-capacity PTP packaging to enhance convenience and safety.
