The C-pillar is designed to be positioned further back to create a spacious interior. Additionally, large 21-22 inch wheels are applied to add sportiness and robustness.

The interior space features electrically adjustable second-row seats that can be moved forward and backward up to 130mm. The legroom in the second row ranges from 830mm to 960mm, providing comfortable space for passengers. Furthermore, an optional third-row seat with two seats is available, allowing up to seven passengers. The ample trunk space can be expanded up to 2100ℓ, and when the third-row seats are folded, four golf bags can be loaded even with five passengers onboard.

The new EQS SUV realizes cutting-edge digitalization. The MBUX Interior Assistant recognizes the movements and gaze of the driver and front passenger to help intuitively control the vehicle. The Zero-layer interface uses artificial intelligence to learn the driver's behavior and provides customized functions on the display screen tailored to the user’s needs.

Especially, the EQS 580 4MATIC SUV comes standard with the innovative MBUX Hyperscreen, which merges three displays into one, offering passengers a higher level of digital experience.

Additionally, the EQS 450 4MATIC SUV Launch Edition and EQS 580 4MATIC SUV come standard with the MBUX High-End Rear Seat Entertainment System, consisting of two 11.6-inch full HD touchscreens, and a 7-inch MBUX rear seat tablet, allowing rear seat passengers to directly operate the vehicle’s media and entertainment functions.

Johannes Schoen, Vice President of Product, Marketing, and Digital Business at Mercedes-Benz Korea, said, "The new EQS SUV is the largest, most luxurious, and offers the most stable driving performance among the electric vehicles Mercedes-Benz has introduced so far," adding, "We expect The new EQS SUV to present the future of luxury that Mercedes-Benz customers have been seeking."
