Workshop Held to Achieve New Mission and Vision for 2023
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 31st that it held the '2023 1st Management Strategy Workshop' at its Busan headquarters.
This workshop was organized under the theme "An Innovation Growth Platform Together from Startup to Scale-up, Kibo" to share the new value system and key tasks to be promoted this year. Through presentations and discussions on topics such as the development strategy of the open technology innovation platform for SMEs and ventures, and digital and data innovation strategies, ways to achieve Kibo's new mission and vision were discussed.
Chairman Kim Jong-ho urged, "I ask branch managers to take the lead in enhancing employee harmony and work concentration, and to strive for efficient business operations."
Last year, Kibo supported guarantees totaling 26 trillion won and has taken the lead in supporting technological innovation and supplying venture and innovation finance through initiatives such as building a smart technology transaction platform, establishing a re-challenge and virtuous cycle infrastructure, and implementing accounts receivable factoring.
This year, Kibo plans to focus its capabilities on key support areas such as innovation growth and scale-up support to drive economic re-leap, and will continue efforts to promote efficient management innovation and support ESG (environment, social, and governance) management.
