[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Suwon City, Gyeonggi Province, is recruiting candidates for the '2023 Community Service Investment Project' until the 8th of next month.
The Community Service Investment Project is a program that provides customized welfare services to welfare recipients by considering the characteristics and needs of each household. Welfare service recipients can choose and use the services they need.
The services available this year include nine types: ▲ Our Child Psychological Support ▲ Child Vision Formation Support ▲ Integrated Physical and Emotional Services for Infants and Children ▲ Animal-Assisted Emotional Support for Children and Adolescents ▲ Rental of Assistive Devices for the Disabled ▲ Customized Exercise for the Disabled ▲ Customized Cognitive and Emotional Support for the Elderly ▲ Massage for the Visually Impaired ▲ Our Family Integrated Psychological Support.
Households with an income between 120% and 170% of the median income are eligible to apply. One person can apply for up to two services.
If selected, recipients will be issued a voucher card (National Happiness Card) and can use the desired services from March at service providers by paying the co-payment.
Those who wish to use the services must visit their local administrative welfare center by the 8th of next month and submit identification, health insurance qualification confirmation, and income-related documents along with the required documents for each project.
