The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that the morning low temperatures will range from -11 to 0 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 4 and 12 degrees Celsius.
However, from the afternoon, rain or snow is expected in northern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon. The expected snowfall is 1 to 3 cm in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and less than 0.1 cm in northern Gyeonggi. If rain falls, it will be less than 5 mm.
In Seoul, southern inland Gyeonggi, and the east coast of Gangwon, less than 0.1 mm of rain is expected from late afternoon through the night.
Sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the outer seas, wave heights will be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West and South Seas.
From night, starting with the outer central East Sea, winds will blow very strongly and waves will rise high. Ships navigating or fishing should exercise caution.
