[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 30th that it has opened a new Daegu Suseong Service Center to strengthen its service network in the Yeongnam region.
The Mercedes-Benz Daegu Suseong Service Center has a total floor area of 732.76㎡ (approximately 222 pyeong) and is a two-story building located near the existing Mercedes-Benz Daegu showroom, enabling consumers living in the nearby area to purchase new cars and receive maintenance services in one place.
The service center is equipped with a total of 7 work bays on the ground floor, allowing for prompt service response to general maintenance customers. Additionally, infrastructure for electric vehicle repairs will be established within the first half of the year to respond to the increasing demand for electric vehicles.
Furthermore, the Daegu Suseong Service Center applied Mercedes-Benz’s new design concept focused on customer convenience, creating a lounge that is comfortable and luxurious.
Jo Myung-ah, Vice President of Network Development and Training Academy at Mercedes-Benz Korea, said, "With the opening of the Daegu Suseong Service Center, we have been able to reduce service waiting times for local customers, contributing to improved customer satisfaction. We will continue to enhance service quality so that customers can feel satisfied throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle."
Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz Korea continuously develops its service network and possesses the largest service infrastructure in the imported car industry. Currently, Mercedes-Benz Korea operates 64 showrooms nationwide, 77 official service centers, and approximately 1,338 work bays.
