According to the county on the 30th, the 'Returning to Farming and Rural Village Local Writers' project selects village residents as local writers to regularly create content about returning to farming and rural life, delivering vivid local news ranging from village stories to rural life and farming sites.
It also provides valuable information helpful for preparing to return to farming and rural life, including various support policies and success stories related to farming and agriculture in general.
The writers' content is produced in photos, articles, videos, and card news formats and posted on the Jangseong-gun Returning to Farming and Rural Village Comprehensive Support Center website, blog, YouTube, etc., making it easily accessible to anyone.
A modest manuscript fee is paid for content that meets certain criteria.
Applicants must be residents of Jangseong-gun aged 15 or older, and those planning to return to farming and rural life in Jangseong-gun can also apply.
However, those currently engaged in similar activities such as SNS supporters or operating related projects are not eligible to participate.
The county will announce the selection results next month and plans to post the writers' returning to farming and rural village content on the website and blog for nine months from March to November.
A county official said, "We hope you will deliver news about returning to farming and rural life in Jangseong-gun in a friendly and enjoyable way like a neighbor," and "We ask for active participation from local residents."
