‘Maeumeon Tok’ Chatbot Service Also Launched for Real-time Consultation

According to Jeju Development Corporation on the 30th, the ‘Public Rental Housing Portal’ was established to enhance residents' accessibility to various public rental housing information promoted by Jeju Development Corporation.
The main services include ▲ basic information on public rental housing ▲ application methods and eligibility requirements for public rental housing ▲ guidance for prospective tenants ▲ move-in management information.
In particular, as customer consultations related to housing services are increasing, the ‘Maeumeon Talk’ chatbot consultation service has been introduced to provide real-time customized customer consultation services. Additionally, video guide manuals include subtitles and voice services to allow people with hearing and visual impairments to comfortably access information.
Furthermore, through the video guide manuals, users can view document preparation and writing methods from tenant recruitment to eviction.
A Jeju Development Corporation official said, “With the opening of the portal, we have enhanced customer convenience by providing public rental housing-related information services online,” and added, “We will continue to provide the best services for the residents.”
