Confirmed Plans to Promote 46 Projects in 3 Fields This Year
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Ulsan City has finalized its major land information business promotion plan for this year to improve the quality of citizen-centered land information services.
This plan consists of 46 projects in three main areas: △creating a real estate market environment trusted by citizens △implementing advanced cadastral administration for citizen convenience △building a digital cadastral system and a detailed address system that satisfy citizens.
As a major project to create a trusted real estate market environment with 15 projects, Ulsan City plans to realize fair real estate policies by designating preemptive land transaction permission zones to block speculative transactions, conducting accurate individual official land price surveys, and operating a development profit recovery system.
In addition, to prevent jeonse fraud such as "Kkangtong Jeonse," the city will strengthen crackdowns on illegal real estate transactions and promote transparent real estate markets through thorough real transaction precision investigations.
For 15 projects aimed at implementing advanced cadastral administration for citizen convenience, the city plans to improve drone operation skills and surveying technology by holding drone surveying expos and public sector drone piloting competitions, and to do its best to protect citizens' property rights through accurate cadastral surveying results inspections.
For 16 tasks related to building a digital cadastral system and a detailed address system that satisfy citizens, the city plans to enhance user convenience by actively promoting cadastral re-survey projects and expanding and upgrading address information facilities.
On the 30th at 2 p.m., Ulsan City will hold a '2023 Major Land Information Business Promotion Plan Communication Meeting' in the conference room on the 3rd floor of Annex 1 at City Hall, attended by about 30 officials related to land information work from the city and district counties.
