[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Wemade announced on the 30th that it has made a strategic investment in Intella X, the blockchain gaming platform of Neowiz.
Intella X is a Web3 gaming platform supporting multi-chain, starting with Polygon and planning to support WEMIX in the future.
Intella X aims to be a user-friendly platform and plans to develop and operate games. In addition to games, it also provides services such as its own platform services including DEX (decentralized exchange), NFT launchpad, NFT marketplace, and the Web3 mobile wallet ‘Intella X Wallet’.
Through this strategic investment, Wemade seeks to promote collaboration and synergy between WEMIX 3.0 and Intella X, and to strengthen the expansion of blockchain gaming business in the global market.
The investment involved blockchain specialized companies and domestic game companies. These companies provide specialized services in areas such as Web3, infrastructure, NFT, and funding within not only the existing gaming market but also the blockchain market.
Meanwhile, Wemade owns its own mainnet WEMIX 3.0 and the global open blockchain gaming platform WEMIX Play. It plans to service 100 games within the first quarter of this year. It also operates the NFT-based DAO platform NILE and the DeFi service WEMIX FI.
