With Declining Price Drops and Rising Supply-Demand Index... 'Eumseong Jai Central City' Attracts Full Attention from Buyers

As the decline in house prices slows and the sales supply-demand index continues its steady rise, unsold complexes boasting excellent product quality are being sold one after another. As the market enters a full-fledged uptrend, buyers are stepping in with the expectation that complexes with superior brands and product qualities will lead price trends.


The sales price index also fell by 0.42% from the previous week to 96.5, steadily reducing the rate of decline over time since recording a -0.76% change at the end of last December: △1st week of January -0.65%, △2nd week of January -0.52%, △3rd week of January -0.49%, △4th week of January -0.42%.


Meanwhile, GS Construction is attracting continuous visits from contract holders at ‘Eumseong Xi Central City,’ developed in the Geumwang-eup area of Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk.


This complex consists of 16 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,505 households and exclusive areas of 59 to 116㎡. It is the first Xi brand in Eumseong and the largest scale in Eumseong-gun. Additionally, rare specialized floor plans such as detached terrace houses and penthouses add a touch of luxury.
