Free Training, On-site Practice, and 1.2 Million KRW Activity Support for Marketers
Supporting Small Business E-Commerce and Expanding Online Market Channels
[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-cheol] Gangwon Province is focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of small business owners by training online marketers.
The Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center announced on the 30th that it will promote the "Gangwon Online Marketer Training Project" to strengthen the online sales competitiveness of small business owners in the province.
The marketer training project will be conducted in three regions: Chuncheon, Wonju, and Gangneung, selecting 40 prospective marketers and 40 small business companies.
Prospective marketers are targeted at university students and Gangwon residents interested in online marketing. They will receive a total of 1.2 million KRW in activity expenses, 4 weeks of professional marketing education, and 2 months of one-on-one matched field training.
Small business owners eligible to apply must have products to sell and be capable of delivery and online sales. Future support includes expanding online market channels through Naver Smart Store-based e-commerce support, promotion and management, and education on origin labeling laws.
Meanwhile, the Gangwon Innovation Center plans to offer an advanced online marketer course for marketers who have completed the 1st to 4th online marketer training sessions.
