[Asia Economy (Yongin) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province has begun pilot operation of the comprehensive corporate support platform 'Yongin Corporate Comprehensive Management System (ybs.ypa.or.kr)' starting from the 30th.
Jointly operated by Yongin City and the Yongin Industrial Promotion Agency, this system includes support projects, corporate support, and corporate regulation reporting. Its main feature is that it is designed to make applying for support projects easy.
The support project menu includes ▲fund guarantee support ▲corporate SOS support ▲trade support ▲customized corporate support ▲startup support ▲factory establishment ▲small business support ▲certification support, among others.
Corporate support projects, which were managed by different departments, are unified online to prevent duplicate support.
In the corporate support menu, in addition to announcements from Yongin City and the Yongin Industrial Promotion Agency, information on support projects conducted by related organizations such as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Gyeonggi Province, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), and Gyeonggi Institute of Science and Technology Promotion can also be checked.
By linking with the national research facilities and equipment information portal site, it is also possible to reserve shared research equipment such as PCB function testers and digital measuring instruments.
The corporate regulation menu serves as a reception window to listen to corporate opinions and respond quickly by providing a corporate regulation reporting corner to hear opinions from businesspeople on unnecessary regulations.
Opinions raised by companies are forwarded to the responsible departments to review improvement measures.
The city plans to establish a system that systematically manages corporate regulation proposals by organizing them into data and to prepare regulatory improvement measures.
Additionally, there is an information plaza that shares various information such as events, educational information, and news from Yongin City.
The city expects that the newly introduced Yongin Corporate Support System and the 'Visiting Corporate Regulation Reporting Center,' where the responsible departments visit corporate sites to listen to corporate difficulties, will create a synergistic effect.
Mayor Lee Sang-il of Yongin said, "By utilizing the new system, companies can grasp various support projects at a glance, and the city has created conditions to analyze each company's support history and achievements," adding, "In particular, we ask businesspeople to pool diverse wisdom for effective regulatory improvements."
