[This Week's IPO] February First Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] In the first week of this month (February), J.O and Sands Lab are scheduled to conduct demand forecasting for institutional investors. Kkumbee will proceed with a general subscription.



◆J.O= J.O operates a secondary battery anode material carbon nanotube business based on independently developed technology and production facilities, as well as a plant engineering business providing design, procurement, and construction (EPC) related services including process design, basic and detailed design, project management, and commissioning across various industrial sectors.


The total number of shares offered is 4 million, with a price band of 10,000 to 13,000 KRW per share. Demand forecasting will be conducted over two days on February 1 and 2, and based on this, the offering price will be finalized on the 6th. General subscription will take place over two days on the 7th and 8th. The expected listing date is mid-February, and the lead underwriter is Korea Investment & Securities.


◆Sands Lab= Sands Lab is a company that automatically analyzes cyber threat information such as malware collected from around the world using its own analysis technology based on artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, and provides cybersecurity solutions based on this analysis.


The total number of shares planned for offering is 3.7 million, with a desired price range of 8,500 to 10,500 KRW per share. Demand forecasting will be conducted over two days on February 1 and 2, followed by a general investor subscription scheduled for February 6 and 7. The listing underwriter is Kiwoom Securities.



◆Kkumbee= The desired offering price band is 4,000 to 4,500 KRW. Demand forecasting for institutional investors was conducted over two days on January 26 and 27, and general subscription will be accepted from January 31 to February 1, with listing planned for February. The lead underwriter is Kiwoom Securities.


Founded in 2014, Kkumbee manufactures and sells playroom mats for infants, bedding, and wooden furniture. Starting with the launch of the transformable bumper bed in 2016, it introduced the ‘Clean Roll Mat’ in 2018, a noise-reducing mat with enhanced resistance to dust accumulation and mold. Since then, it has released innovative products such as the modular assembly wooden furniture ‘All-Star,’ which can be modified according to a child’s growth, and the ‘Double One-Piece Mat,’ which minimizes sewing lines.
