[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seoyun] POSCO Holdings announced during the Q4 2023 earnings conference call held on the 27th, "Considering the medium-term dividend policy dividend yield, the Q4 dividend was set at 2,000 KRW per share, and the total annual dividend for 2022 was decided at 12,000 KRW per share," adding, "Including the 3% treasury stock cancellation conducted in August last year, we implemented a shareholder return policy worth approximately 1.5 trillion KRW."

They continued, "Going forward, POSCO Holdings will strive to balance corporate value growth through expansion and stable shareholder returns."
