Eduwill Completes Early Payment of Last Year's Pass Refunds

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Online lecture company Eduwill announced on the 27th that it has fully paid the refund amounts to those eligible for refunds after passing exams such as the 2022 Certified Real Estate Agent exam.

Eduwill explained that both the number of successful candidates from Eduwill last year and the refund amounts set new all-time records. Eduwill had originally planned to pay the refunds in four installments by February for smooth processing, but advanced the schedule by about one month to pay the full refund amount early.

For Certified Real Estate Agent passers, Eduwill refunded a record-breaking total of 5.4 billion KRW. The company stated that the reason Eduwill was able to achieve record numbers in both passers and refund amounts last year was due to a learning curriculum developed through research on big data of successful candidates, top-tier instructors for each subject, and unique textbooks that have maintained the bestseller No.1 position every year.

An Eduwill official said, “Last year was a historic year with the highest number of successful candidates since Eduwill’s founding, an astonishing result no one expected,” adding, “All employees processed tasks more quickly, enabling us to pay refunds faster than the originally announced schedule.”
